मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना

मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे की बजट घोषणा के अनुसार राज्य में बालिकाओं के प्रति समाज में सकारात्मक सोच विकसित करने एवं उनके स्वास्थ्य तथा शैक्षणिक स्तर में सुधार के लिए एक जून से प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री राज श्री योजना लागू होगी। इस योजना के तहत एक जून या उसके बाद जन्म लेने वाली बालिकाएं लाभ की पात्र होंगी। योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग नोडल विभाग होगा।

इस योजना के तहत एक जून या उसके बाद जन्म लेने वाली बालिका के जन्म पर एवं उसकी प्रथम वर्षगांठ पर 2500.2500 रुपए तथा राजकीय विद्यालय में प्रथम कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर चार हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। योजनान्तर्गत लाभान्वित होने वाली बालिकाओं को शिक्षा निरन्तर जारी रखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु एवं बालिका के शैक्षणिक स्तर में सुधार के लिए राजकीय विद्यालय में कक्षा 6 प्रवेश करने पर पांच हजार रुपए और कक्षा 10 में 11 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। योजना के तहत राजकीय विद्यालय से 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाली बालिकाओं को 25 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। इस तरह जन्म से लेकर 12वीं कक्षा उतीर्ण करने पर बालिकाओं को राज्य सरकार की ओर से विभिन्न चरणों में 50 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। इस योजना में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए योजना को भामाशाह कार्ड से भी जोड़ा जाएगा। इस योजनान्तर्गत एक जून या उसके बाद जन्म लेने वाली बालिकाएं ही योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए पात्र होंगी तथा प्रथम किश्त का लाभ लेने पर ही अन्य उत्तरवर्ती किश्ताें का लाभ देय होगा।

योजनान्तर्गत प्रथम दो किश्तों का भुगतान चिकित्साए स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग की ओर से जननी सुरक्षा योजना के अनुसार ही किया जाएगा। शेष चार किश्तों का भुगतान निदेशालय महिला अधिकारिता की ओर से किया जाएगा।

एक जून से बेटी जन्म पर मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना

मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बजट 2016-17 में घोषित मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना 1 जून से प्रदेशभर में लागू हो जायेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि 1 जून से जन्मी बच्चियों को मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना के तहत् चैक के द्वारा माता के नाम प्रथम किश्त 2500 रुपये की संबंधित चिकित्सा केन्द्र द्वारा दी जायेगी। बालिका की आयु 1 वर्ष होेने व सम्पूर्ण टीकाकरण होने पश्चात् 2500 रुपये की द्वितीय किश्त भी चैक द्वारा ममता कार्ड के आधार पर जारी की जायेगी। मिशन निदेशक राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन श्री नवीन जैन ने बताया कि इससे पूर्व जन्मी समस्त बच्चियों को शुभ लक्ष्मी योजना की शेष रही किश्तों का भुगतान पूर्वानुसार ही देय होगा। उन्होंने उन्होंने कि शिशु जन्म पर देय जननी सुरक्षा योजना का लाभ यथावत् ऑनलाईन ओजस सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से ही देय होगा। इसके लिए समस्त संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया जा चुका है। श्री जैन ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री राजश्री योजना का लाभ मात्र राजस्थान प्रदेश की मूल निवासी प्रसूताओं को ही देय होगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि योजना में देय अन्य किश्तों का भुगतान महिला एवं बाल विकास द्वारा नियमानुसार किया जायेगा।
